West Midland Reserve Forces and Cadets Association (WM RFCA) is one of 13 RFCAs across the UK that came into existence at the same time as the Territorial Army in 1908. Their role is to support the Reserve Forces and Cadets from the Royal Navy, Royal Marines, Army and Royal Air Force.

The army reserve forces have an ongoing requirement for signage across all their centres, with the need to achieve a uniform and consistent look across all sites. The scope of the signage required for each site included roadside regiment signage, site entrance signage, health and safety signage and internal door signage. Due to the nature of the sites, the signage needed to be very robust and durable.

After surveying the various sites and requirements, the Graphic Arts Sign & Display team worked in conjunction with the facilities manager to create an approved range of signage to be used for each location. Using cutting edge print methods and high performance materials to suit the environment, we manufactured and installed top quality signage and display solutions across over 70 sites. Across many different products from post mounted signs and building signs letters to internal door signs, we achieved brand consistency, product performance and “extra mile” service.
